  • ✓ +$10 per 100 sq ft above 1,600
  • ✓ +$100 for homes over 75 years old
  • ✓ +$300 for detached structures (shop, barn, arena)
  • ✓ Travel charges beyond 20 miles (per Google Maps)
Condo
$400 flat
  • ✓ All condo inspections — $400
  • ✓ Includes analysis of common areas and the roof (if accessible) — you're buying a percentage share of those areas
  • ✓ Age and travel adjustments may apply
  • ✓ Same thorough inspection as any other property
Multi-Family
$550 base
  • ✓ Base fee includes first unit — $550
