Take a few minutes to inspect your home exercise equipment. Is everything in good working order? How could the little ones or older ones in your home be hurt by the equipment you own? Could it be easy for an appendage or two to get caught up in the moving parts? Do power cords pose an electrical or strangulation hazard? Is there a lock on the door to prevent unauthorized use?
